    I am Troy Smiths uncle he is one of the biggest rip off artist I know besides his dad Larry Eugene Smith, which got caught embeziling 160 thousand dollars from one lady and had to pay it back,Troy his son worked in states attorney's office and destroyed many other files that his dad would of been charged for but didn't.
