Replaced my flipper rubbers with the superband rubbers a few months ago and very happy with the feel, look and hopefully durability. Now thinking of replacing all my existing rubbers with the superband type. Question. I did notice when putting on the flipper superbands they did not appear to have as much give as the regular rubbers. Just wondering if anyone has had experience in replacing all their rubbers with superbands and what the verdict is? I'm thinking given that they do appear to have a little less give then the regular rubbers, would this extra tension on the various screws and posts potentially damage these parts? Or would the tension on these parts be much of a much compared to the regular rubbers? I have a Williams Indiana Jones. Cheers.

I have Super-Band flipper rings on all my games as well as Super-Band Rings on several of my older Williams solid state games and newer Sterns. Sometimes you need to move up a size...So if you have a 2 and a half inch sling you would move up to a 2 and 3/4 size to get the same feel and not be really tight on the posts. Or if you have a 1 inch rubber move up to a 1 and a quarter. I just did my BKSOR and it had alot of 1 and a half and 2 inch sizes. The hard thing is trying to order the right size for what you need. I ended up ordering a few extras of various sizes. I would say if it's possible to move up a quarter inch above what you have on there that would be best. I've never had them pull to tight and cause damage...they will sometimes pull the posts in a bit so the plastics are a little harder to get on. You can't beat them for durability and ease of cleaning. they clean up nice! I know some people complain about the way they play but IMO you can't really tell that much of a difference. I go back and forth playing other peoples games with regular rubbers and my games with Super-Band rings and I don't really even notice a difference in play. I play alot!! :-)
    Hope this helps!!
