• Jungle Lord switch issue(s)

Helping a friend with his Jungle Lord. Boots up into game over mode.
Kinda starts a game, but won't kick the ball out. Coils all fire in
test, but when I try switch test, the only switches that work are the
coin door switches (credit switches, slam and test switches), the tilt
and start button. Interconnect looks clean like it was replaced not that
long ago, but what on earth would cause pretty none of the playfield
    switches not to work?

Was the machine working and than the switches stopped working, or did you just move the game? Sounds like there is a plug lose or unplugged. Not sure what you mean by interconnect, but there are 2 plugs that go to the driver board and one plug that connects harness from backbox to playfield. Good luck

No, it has not worked in years he tells me. The interconnect, the 40 pin connector from CPU to driver board. Nothing unplugged. Checked all the
head connections to the playfield. All is good. Something board related
would be my guess. No battery damage on board.

OK I will admit when I did something wrong. The backbox connector for
the switches from the playfield was not plugged in thoroughly. :(

Now all columns work. Funny, it was in enough to make one column work.
