    Download the operators manual from https://www.ipdb.org (search for
    Blackout), the Free Play setting is explained in the operators manual - possibly under the "Little Book" which should be there too. You need to
    use the service switches on the inside of the front cash door.

    Set Max. Credits to zero for free play. You'll probably need the manual
    John referenced to get to the game adjustment settings.
