I am curious to what some thing Ultra Cover Gloss Clear made by Rust Oleum is good or not for a clearn coat

FOr years I used the the three part process that I used when Cleared cars that I use to paint and now I would like to know what others think about this..

Run away screaming from that paint! Not designed to go over other paint... will cause it to crinkle.
