    Pin-Del,
Yes I'm still here several times a day. Sure would like to see more action on here though. We need to start stepping it up.

Welcome back Pin Del. Nice to see you here.

Last I remember, many months ago, you were going to replace some
displays with a kit. Did that go OK?

It's probably a little too early to make the final call on weather the party will happen this year or not but our thinking is if the Governor still has the restrictions on the state of Michigan then it's probably not a good idea to have 200 people here in a small house and being so close together. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

John, also you probably should change the date too.
If you look at last year, November was a hell storm of
    virus activity.
We had the VFW show over multiple weekends
in September/early October, and that was during
a virus low time. It really worked out well. We limit
each show slot to 50 max people too. But maybe
move it up to early or mid October, just out of caution.
Kzoo is the first weekend in September, VFW show
is the first weekend in October this year. Maybe you
could go 2nd or 3rd weekend in September or October.
Also i would make it a requirement that everyone
attending be vaccinated and be able to prove that.
That's what we're doing for the VFW show this year.
Better safe than have an event hurt someone...

Good to see some long-standing posters still hanging around. Phoebe, you're right the net is a hate-mongerers paradise, and it's best just to retreat from all the noise for a healthier self. Enjoyed the earlier posts about Donal... one of the first guys I met when getting into the hobby... he was very helpful and generous with his time as I had a LOT of questions. He was a great teacher of both history and game mechanics. He left us way too early indeed.
On a more pleasant note, it looks like the Allentown show has a decent chance of going off this July... can't wait to get back into the swing of the hobby with a show. Allentown and White Rose are both wonderful venues.
I'm working on a client's Fast Draw right now... have been doing a bevy of EM restorations for clients, and enjoying the challenge each game brings. Definitely keeping Pinball Resource in business with all my orders over the last year. Many businesses have sadly closed, but thankfully, it's been rosy for many of the pinball parts and restoration houses as the vast number of hobbyists have been pretty much spending so much time at home and getting to games that have been sitting for years in garages and basements collecting dust... that's a good thing!
Later for now folks! Don O.

Good to see you to Don, !
I also have been picking up EMs just to build my collection back up & I have not even turned any DMD games on .
I turned one down at a decent price this past week due to the bottom falling out & clamps holding it together .
I enjoy learning about them & working on them as much as playing ( just about ), But the last one I bought , Grand Prix
sure plays great with all switchs & lights working as they should, So I guess I'm at AAA Level since I flipped the score on my 2nd game
    ;)

Don, you should come all the way up to Pintastic New England this year.
We are seeing a lot of interest! Vendor booths are selling well, there
are lots of proposals for seminars, local homebrew developers say they
are getting their custom designs ready, etc., etc.

    See pintasticnewengland.com for more info.
