I am trying to help fix a Slugfest located some distance from me. The
bat works, but seems to be weak. Hitting a home run is difficult. The
ball has to be hit perfectly to get up the ramp.

They have completely replaced the bat mechanicals and the coil, so it is
    not that.

When I was there last, I tried shorting the control side of the bat coil
to ground. It did not seem any stronger.

I am now focusing on the power supply. The bat runs off the 'high
    power' 50V power supply.

Other than that, I am guessing it might be a bad bridge BR3. The cap,
C8 is only 100 uF. If the fuse does not help, they are going to slap in another bridge solenoid board they have.

The schematics are incomplete. There is a 'High Current Driver
Assembly'. I cannot tell, without being there, what that runs. No
schematic for it. TIP 36C in it. No wiring drawing.

Is that TIP 36C running the ball pitch mech or the bat? Am guessing
the ball pitch since the bat runs off a high power 50 V TIP.

Any suggestions on what I can ask them to check out?

    Bump.

Any idea what that 'High Current Driver Assembly' board is used for?

Ideas for troubleshooting a weak bat?
