Topic says it all. I have installed MATE 1.8 and notifications
are not shown. What I notice, though is that if I change
monitor (I have only one that is monitor 0) to be 'display
on active' on or off, notification test message is displayed
only once.
What can I do to make notifications pop up?
In Unity notifications work normally.
