  • Mystic Event Editor in Linux

    Any Linux Gurus out there able to help with setting up the Events in Mystic? I can't seem to get it exactly right for my network traffic with fsxNet. would love some guidance.

    I don't mind the read if there is a decent place to read about the event editor

    I'm not a guru at all, and I don't even know if my events are setup perfectly - but I'm willing to share screen shots, .ini files and... anything I have that might help. :P Its easy to doso on Disco, but if you email me on 2o I can create a .ZIP file and get it to you that way, too...

    That would be awesome. I might have figured it out. Seems that using the ./mis poll address|./mutil mailin.ini Seems to not work. I just changed it to ./mis poll address && ./mutil mailin.ini

    I know in Linux it will run both commands at a prompt just not sure if that will fix it or not.
    I'm claw22000 and on BBS World on discord. I don't know where 2o is or I would see if thats an option for me. Any help is appreciated. Would like to eventually add the file bases but want to get the messages working first.

    To avoid all this, I just wrote some bash scripts and put them in the /mystic directory and called them from the events editor.

    Additionally, I used absolute paths for everything, but that doesn't seem to matter. I just wanted to be absolutely sure of the path in case somehow the CWD was off.
