I am trying to folllow the docs for setting up MRC.

I have the python and MPL stuff in the right locations. One of the steps says to launch the python client with tbbs.homeip.net:5000.

That server seems gone.

Docs said that the dev is at telnet://cyberia.darktech.org. Tried to log into that BBS and get no name resolution....

So it seems that I either have a very old version of MRC (got from sourceforge) or the docs have me stalled.

Please advise.

Well, that gave me some love. I got connected, and when I activate MRC from the board It looks like I get logged into the chat. However, nothing I type seems to come through. Responses are also VERY slow.

Any more helpful hints?
