I've just uploaded v0.17.

This contains some fixes for long area lists, and WWIVnet support.

Please don't use the WWIVnet stuff yet, it's undocumented so far and
still testing to make sure it all works properly. Plus at present binkd
wont work with Weatherman's version of networkb.

The WWIVnet stuff includes "falcon" which is the scanner / tosser /etc
for wwivnet, and some changes to talisman to support wwivnet style
addressing and areas. The reason for including it is mostly to make sure
it doesn't conflict with any existing stuff (which it shouldn't as I've
been running it on happyland for a while now)
