I am unsure how file = "fsx/tst" works as the tst.sqi goes into thw msgs/fsx dir which has the messages in when running postie toss but not in the right place if I has fsx/fsx_tst still would wrong dir unless it
it just fsx_tst I have had message in this echo but tried a few way and forgot how I did it
the file in postie setup must match the file in the message area setup.
So, if you have fsx/tst you would want fsx/tst in the message area and postie toml files. If you want fsx_tst then you want fsx_tst in both places.
If you have fsx/tst or something else with a slash it means it will go into a sub directory of the msgs directory. That subdirectory must
exist or it will fail.
Hope that helps

It looks as though for some reason your area tags are lowercase in the packets, but I guess are uppercase in your config?
I will make it case insensetive for the next release, but for now you
may need to change your config files to use lower case in the area tags
to get it working.
