    Hi, greetings from Spain.
I've been trying to connect to this BBS since I saw Adrian's Digital Basement video about the VT-220. Every time,I tried the connection was rejected, no matter what OS or client I used. Today, finally, got in and saw you are using Botcheck. I don't know much about BBS, so maybe I was doing something wrong that made Botcheck reject my connections?. I would like to know what I can do to avoid this in the future.

    Thanks, Ohrer.

    Hey Ohrer,

Just so you know, you're posting in a Amateur (ham) radio sub section with this question vs the General area or any BBS specific areas.

Bot Check can vary from BBS to BBS and are just typically a way to get some non machine interaction as a firewall on BBS systems. Just like Captcha asking you to ID the bicycles, it's asking the user to do something.

Welcome and glad you got it sorted out.
