Glad you're ok. Sorry about covid, that can't be fun. We've been lucky enough to avoid it so far.
I've been mostly lurking lately with limited time but just saw this post -- hope it's not kicking your arse too much. It put me out for a few
days the first time around, but not too terribly bad. Hope you get quick recovery!

Feel Better Soon! ... I had that crap for the first time after two
years, and I am Vaxxed, with two boosters ... Picked up the B-Varient and it kicked my butt. Felt like a train wreck and swallowing glass for
a week. Whew!

Get better soon! I was vaxxed but not boosted and ended up with COVID in March. I just finally got rid of the cough. :(

2022 has been a tough year for many, guess it's been my turn to experience that in a number of ways... still gotta keep looking at the positives and appreciate what you have etc.

my notebook I'm looking at the baltic sea - it's quite nice :)
Besides, it's really a hard year for my wife and me, as we still want
to avoid CoViD (or to be precise: we want to avoid the chance of long lasting effects, because not being able to work isn't a nice thing).
But due to the fact that (as we have the feeling) everyone else has given up avoiding it and protecting others by wearing masks, we often feel unsafe and that hits us quite hard.
At least we found some new friends who share our feelings and thus we can meet them and feel safe there :)
I'm now just trying to play catch up on echomail, netmail, email, mai mail... eek! :)
I tend to just say "screw it" and delete everything. There's something theraputic about starting over.
Still waiting on the house, and work, well that's an ongoing issue.

I know this feeling also. Even though I have had it I am cautious and maintain masking in public areas and while moving between different floors in the building I work in. I think do what makes you both feel safe etc.

Everyone can do what they are comfortable with, some of us like doing more than others :)
