case names...

Thanks, good to know, yes another node mentioned issues to me, perhaps
it's tosser specific stuff, not sure.. but I figured (fingers crossed)
it wouldn't hurt to change the case... in this case :)

As long as the case has something good inside and isn't empty. #-)
