Man, i struggled with this tempermental door game, but finally got it running and it doesn't appear to be crashing -- yet.

Lots of old conversation around a DOSBox workaround, but in case anyone
is curious, here's what I got it running on:

    - ProxMox PVE
    - Windows 2019 Server
    - NTVDMx64 (ccpu, not haxm)
    - Synchronet v3.19

I'm running SBBS as a secondary door server, so passing users through to that for games that need Windows - e.g. there's a Gutterball Win32 version, etc.

Going to play with it for a while before throwing it up on the BBS.

I made sure Charles made a 16 bit version of 4.0 (which released a few
months ago). So why not use that?
