I saw a thread "BBS Dev Environment" on reddit, posted by sysopbbs (I don't know if that's someone who's here?), with a link to a video showing how to setup a development environment for DDPlus7.1 using Turbo Pascal.

Just thought I'd share this here, I haven't done any Pascal development myself but it's great to see some documentation of how to set things up for door game development.
