hello not sure if im in the right place to post this
I have an old Windows xp machine with a fresh install
of windows xp with sp3
installed the visual runtimes
and installed synchronet, installed fine
but when the system starts up to go through the configuration
wiz. i get a error message that says
sbbsctrl.exe entry point not found
"the procedure entry point inet_ntop could not be located in the dynamic link library ws2_32.dll"
i checked the file is in my windows system32 directory
anyone come by this and know a fix
Yup, install a recent v3.20 development build (sbbs_dev.zip and sbbs_run.zip) over the v3.19b and it'll work on XP.
