i find that hard to believe. i can believe that people BELIEVE it's something cool to do that makes people happy. i think it is utterly useless.

I think that what people are trying to do is have a type of Rememberance day
or anniversary or gala day and they are too short sighted.

People in bbsing usually don't do anything to promote bbsing in any way, but they don't like to believe that fact. saying 'hey it's bbs day' and clicking like on fb makes them feel good inside.

incase someone is going to ask me what
i am doing for bbsing, i spend over 20 years just in the telnet age to promote bbsing and other shit just about every day. I probably spent more money than anybody else on promotion and offering people free stuff, too. I'm pretty much retired now until we get some users.
