    hey is scinet gone for good?

    i'm seeing their website is gone and not registered.
    i know some guy took it over but i'm not sure if i
    took i tall down.

    there's no way to email him on his bbs.

    Yes it's gone.

    For a while somebody else was hosting it, but nobody used it and he shut
    that down eventually.

    Sadly it happens. I once had a Net called Antnet. I loved ants. I had conferences like AntColony, AntBabies, and AntMusicians, but I was alone in my love. Science on the other hand, seems plasible.

    It was called SciNet but was not really about science. It may have had a science echo, but most of the echoes were about BBS-related topics.

    As for AntMisicians, you would have thought you would have found a few fans
    of Adam Ant! :)

    yeah i finally got ahold of the guy. there is no post about scinet ending.
    or maybe physics bbs was broken by then.

    i think all those people went to araknet.
