Does anyone know what the IRC client someone wrote for Mystic was called?
I saw it, but I cannot remember the name of it, nor where i saw it.

I'm not sure there were any written specifically *for* Mystic. But MRC (Multi-Relay Chat), which I used to think was called "Mystic Relay Chat" until I was later corrected, was originally written by a Mystic sysop (Gryphon).

I saw a IRC client someone wrote. I think I am going to write one in Python3 for Linux.
I am re-releasing my mshell program, which is a shell to a linux os, with color directories, etc
that you can use to "drop to shell" from sysop menu. Works nicely in Mystic!

Actually gives you the bash shell.

Will be in my TBX Software library on my BBS. Working on getting HTML file access setup soon.

I saw a IRC client someone wrote. I think I am going to write one in Pytho for Linux.

There is one from Opicron and also some unfinished projects from me: https://github.com/xqtr/BlockIRC

You might be looking for iCHAT by opicron https://github.com/opicron/mysticbbs-irc
opicron did a fantastic job on it and it runs very smooth

I see it's also listed by Phenom mods:

    Good luck
